Unfortunately, self-hypnosis group classes are not available at the moment until further notice. Till then, I teach self-hypnosis in private session, and one session is sufficient to learn the instant self-hypnosis technique.
The private hypnotherapy sessions are great gifts too, especially as there is always a free consultation included for each new client. Packages are the most generous gifts and they offer discounted hypnotherapy sessions.

The beginners workshops are open to the public and no previous experience in hypnosis or hypnotherapy is required. Students learn the advanced Instant Self-hypnosis Technique and the specific applications of self-hypnosis. The practical nature of the workshops results not only in achieving full body and mind relaxation which deepens each time the student enters the hypnotic state during the class. Students make the desired changes towards reaching their goals in the workshop and they leave well equipped to continue the improvement.

Full Day Advanced Self-Hypnosis Workshop
The advanced workshops are open to all students who mastered the instant self-hypnosis technique during hypnotherapy sessions with me or the beginners level workshops.This workshop covers a broad range of hypnotherapy techniques like deepening techniques, hypnotic suggestions, waking self-hypnosis, mini self-hypnosis sessions, basic understanding of awareness-raising techniques and specific applications self-hypnosis techniques. At the end of the workshop students not only feel relaxed and calm, but they also achieve their goals in their chosen application of self-hypnosis.

Three Hypnotherapy Sessions Package
A package of three one hour hypnotherapy sessions with Joanna Malinowska. A free initial consultation is included for all new clients. The three session package is a sufficient hypnotherapy treatment for quit smoking, weight loss, fear of flying and other phobias, sleeping disorder, pain management, effective and stress free studying and more. More sessions may be needed when there is depression or any other serious disorder or illness.
